Steve Froehlich owner of KC Custom Homes has been a resident of Lee's Summit since 1973. Went to Lee's Summit High School graduated in 1984. Started on a framing crew in summer of 1984. Started his own framing company in 1990. Started building homes in 1996 at Raintree Lake and then on to the Summit Woods Subdivision, Winterset Valley and many other numerous subdivisions in the metropolitan area. From there the business continued to grow and had built around two hundred homes up to the start of the recession in 2007. Quit building homes and went back to framing, remodeling and doing a few custom build jobs. Started superintending and building again in 2014 to the present day. You can now find KC Custom Homes in Napa Valley in Lees Summit and Whitetail Run Subdivision in Raymore.

John Jamison has been in the construction industry for over 28 years and holds a Class A License. We have built and re-modeled over 100 custom homes in the Kansas City area.
