Real Estate developer and builder, Keith Wehmeir has been a life long resident of the Lee’s Summit area. Keith is married to Janet Ripley Wehmeir and they have five children, Matt, Jill, Andrew, Austin, and Bridget.

Keith is the Director of Operations and his wife, Janet is the Business Director of Wehmeir Development LLC. Their offices are located at 708 W. Main in Greenwood, Missouri. A 1917 Historical two-story home was rescued by the Wehmeir’s and completely restored and is currently their Company office.  Another historical home within this complex is currently being developed into “Greenwood Village” an office/retail complex with historical facade of shops and restored homes. This would offer opportunities for growth in the Greenwood/Lee’s Summit area utilizing attractive architectural design while winning public recognition for the area.

• “Washington Square”, a commercial office/retail complex developed in 1997 located in Nevada Missouri. Recipient of numerous awards from the City of Nevada, Chamber of Commerce and other organizations for its development. 100% occupancy
• “Plaza 7”, Pleasant Hill, Missouri is a 26,000 square foot Office/Retail Center built and developed in 1998. 100% occupancy.
• “Park Place”, Lee’s Summit, Missouri is a 4500 square foot Office Building that was built and developed in 1999. This innovative building was featured in the Lee’s Summit Journal in 1999. 100% occupancy.
• “Greenwood Village,” an office/retail center that will is currently under development on Main Street in Greenwood, Missouri. This historically detailed area of commerce currently features; a 1917 Historical Home (renovated and restored) the offices of Wehmeir Development LLC; A 1920 Historical Home (renovated and restored) that is the retail and design center for Mustard Seed Designs, an interior design firm.  Beginning January 2005 another six (6) retail/office spaces will be developed and available for lease.

• “The Oaks”, Pleasant Hill, Missouri is a 90+ lot residential community that is currently in the final phase of the project.  
• “The Cottages of Greenwood”, Greenwood, Missouri is a 31 lot maintenance provided residential community.  
• “Town and Country Estates”, Greenwood, Missouri that featured 3 -4 acre building sites located at Highway 7 and 150 many of the homes were built by Wehmeir Development LLC. City style in a Country setting. Sold Out.
• “Lake Heights” Lake Lotawana, Missouri, 3 acre Estate lots. Sold Out.
• “Napa Valley” Lee’s Summit, Missouri is a 216+/- residential community located at Pryor and 150 Highway being marketed by Reece Nichols of Lee’s Summit. This unique community will offer single family, a charming Village setting of homes and Estate size homes. This communities design, marketing and development will strongly influence all future residential communities in our area. The community’s swimming pool is a showcase in design and creativity.
