My experience in the construction industry started at the age of 15, where I worked for a builder located in Kansas. The years that followed led to work with various tradesmen, allowing me to apprentice in ceramic tile, carpentry framing and finishing, excavation, and general labor. Working the summer seasons and part-time, I acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and soon found myself joining a 35 year-old family business. After four years, I founded my own company and applied my engineering background and hands-on trade experiences to develop what is now the home building company, Sbisa Homes, Inc.

Sbisa Homes, Inc. is a member of the Home Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau of KC.

Volume building has never been a pursuit of this company. Interaction throughout the building process becomes a necessity. This concept allows me to manage my product personally and deliver, with pride, an exceptional product to the customer.

As a homebuilder, I enjoy the process of helping the customer create their dream home. I consider the value and use of each home detail. Each customer's lifestyle dictates specific design, and from this, I create a plan that makes the dream become reality. I offer plans unique to my company, or a buyer can custom design a house that fits their lifestyle. The end result will be a product built with quality, pride, and integrity.

The greatest rewards have been satisfied customers. The results are seen in the quantity of repeat customers I have had over the years. The referrals and acknowledgements over the years are a reflection of quality built homes delivered and a company that is customer-conscious.
